The Digital Hotline

Help is at hand if you need help with digital self-service – also outside of normal opening hours.

Call (+45) 7020 0000 and competent staff members are ready to help you with self-service.  

Opening hours: 

Monday to Thursday 8 am – 8 pm 

Friday 8 am – 4 pm  

Sunday 4 pm – 8 pm  

Closed Saturdays and public holidays. 

What can the Digital Hotline help with? 

We offer guidance on the digital self-service solutions that the municipality and the public authorities provide. You can get help and guidance on where to inquire.  

For example, we can help with:  

  • Digital post, e-Boks and exemptions  

  • Clarifying questions about passport and driving licence 

  • Scheduling an appointment with Citizen Service 

  • NemID  

  • Notifying change of address  

  • Ordering a health insurance card (the yellow card) and European health insurance card (the blue card)  

  • Digital day institute sign-up service  

  • Choice of doctor / health insurance group  

  • Selected areas within SKAT  

We are manned with staff members from Citizen Service who can offer you guidance but not carry out specific administrative procedures.
